Self Pick-Up

Self pick-up is available from our Kogarah warehouse by appointment only.

For customers who prefer to arrange their own collection, hired items may be picked up directly from our warehouse, subject to item suitability and transport requirements.

Pick-Up Requirements
A suitable vehicle is required, with SUV, 7-seater or van recommended
Please ensure your vehicle can safely accommodate the selected items
Covered transport only
Items must be securely transported at all times
Some items may require two people for handling
Collection times must be strictly observed

We reserve the right to decline self pick-up where the vehicle or collection arrangement is not considered suitable.

Responsibility
All hired items remain the responsibility of the customer from the time of collection until returned to us.
