Pickup is available from our Kogarah warehouse by appointment only.

To ensure a safe and smooth pickup process, please review the following requirements:

• A suitable vehicle is required (SUV, 7-seater or van recommended)
• Please check item dimensions to ensure they fit your vehicle
• Covered transport only (no open vehicles)
• Items must be properly secured during transport
• Some items may require 2 people for handling
• Pickup time must be strictly followed

We reserve the right to refuse pickup if the vehicle is deemed unsuitable.

All hired items are the responsibility of the customer from the time of pickup until return.
